Vitaku

Municipality Skenderaj

Vitaku is in the municipality of Skenderaj. An Ottoman register from 1566 documents the settlement. A later register from 1893 documents the settlement under the form Vitak.

For 1998–99, the source documents expulsion and burning by Serbian paramilitary forces. The source records burning connected with a documented historical conflict.
