Troja (Topanica) is in the municipality of Kamenica. A historical document from 1434 mentions the settlement. An Ottoman register from 1893 documents the settlement under the form Topolnicë.

Archaeological traces mentioned in the study include building foundations. Historical notes mention a mosque in the settlement. The source records migration of residents to Turkey. Historical sources also record the settlement under the form Topo-llnica.
