Municipality Istog
Tomoci is in the municipality of Istog. An Ottoman register from 1485 documents the settlement under the form Otomaniça with 32 households and 5 unmarried men. A later register from 1494 documents the settlement.
The register from 1582 documents the settlement. The register from 1893 documents the settlement under the form Otomanc. For 1998–99, the source documents burning by Serbian forces.
