Sallagrazhdë, treated in the volume as Lumbardhi (Sallagraxhda), lies about 6–7 km southeast of Theranda and is a compact lowland settlement. Traces of an old church survive in one part of the village, while the records of the Catholic parish of Zym mention the settlement from the 19th century onward.
Medieval documentation records it in 1348 under the form Qrevograzhdë, and it later appears in the memorial book of the Monastery of the Holy Trinity from the 15th century. An Austrian map from 1689 gives the name Belograzda. During the 20th century some families migrated to Croatia and Vojvodina.
Before the 1998–99 war the village had around 175 houses and approximately 1,750 Albanian residents, both Muslim and Catholic, as well as one Serbian family. During the war 10 houses were burned, the school was damaged and part of its documentation was destroyed, affecting both homes and the village's educational heritage.
