Municipality Rahovec

Palusha (Palluzha) is in the municipality of Rahovec. A historical document from 1330 mentions the settlement under the form Palezhi. An Ottoman register from 1530 documents the settlement under the form Podlluzhja with 6 households and 2 unmarried men.

A later register from 1591 documents the settlement under the form Podluzhja with 17 households and 1 unmarried man. Historical notes mention a church in the settlement area. The source records burning connected with a documented historical conflict.
