Mollasi (Ropica) is in the municipality of Vushtrri. An Ottoman register from 1530 documents the settlement under the form Ropiçe. A later register from 1566 documents the settlement under the form Ropicë with 16 households and 7 unmarried men.

The register from 1893 documents the settlement. A historical document mentions the settlement. The source records migration of residents to Turkey.
