Mlikë
Dragash
Mlikë is a settlement in the Gora region, in the Brod River valley south of Dragash. Osmani records local traditions that describe it as an earlier small administrative centre, alongside old burial grounds and mosque inscriptions. The source also traces the name through a 1348 charter and a sixteenth-century Ottoman register.
These selected notes introduce Mlikë’s place in the historical landscape of Gora. They do not reproduce the book’s neighbourhood names, demographic series or full archival apparatus, all of which remain part of the published study.
