Llukia (Dobërlluka) is in the municipality of Vushtrri. An Ottoman register from 1455 documents the settlement under the form Lluka with 14 households and 3 unmarried men. A later register from 1530 documents the settlement under the form Dobra.

The register from 1566 documents the settlement under the form Dolina Lluka. The register from 1893 documents the settlement. The source records burning connected with a documented historical conflict.
