Kusari

Municipality Gjakova

Kusari is in the municipality of Gjakova. A historical document from 1689 mentions the settlement under the form Kusan. An Ottoman register from 1893 documents the settlement.

For 1998–99, the source documents killings by Serbian forces. Archaeological traces mentioned in the study include fortification remains and older burial grounds.
