Municipality Vushtrri

Kulla (Kolla) is in the municipality of Vushtrri. An Ottoman register from 1455 documents the settlement with 20 households and 3 unmarried men. A later register from 1530 documents the settlement under the form Kiraçe.

The register from 1566 documents the settlement. Archaeological traces mentioned in the study include older burial grounds. The source records migration of residents to Turkey.
