Kramovik lies within the municipality of Rahovec. Its elevation is about 360 metres above sea level. Archaeological traces in the settlement area include roof tiles and bricks, building foundations, old burial grounds, fortification traces, pointing to earlier phases of habitation. The finds are associated with Roman periods.
Written records trace the settlement at least to 1465, with further references in 1530, 1591. Historical forms of the name recorded in documents include Kramovik. A register from 1530 records 18 households. Around 1879, the settlement had 13 households. During the interwar period, 7 Slavic colonist or optant families were settled here. In 1944, the settlement suffered burning or destruction.
During the 1998–1999 war, the settlement suffered burning and destruction by Serbian forces. 6 residents were killed during the war.
