Kopra (Kopërnica) is in the municipality of Kamenica. A historical document from 1417 mentions the settlement. A historical document from 1434 mentions the settlement under the form Choprivniza.
An Ottoman register from 1455 documents the settlement with 31 households and 6 unmarried men. A later register from 1566 documents the settlement under the form Koprijonica with 34 households and 12 unmarried men. The register from 1893 documents the settlement under the form Kopornica. The study records the settlement of 5 families during the colonisation period. The source records migration of residents to Turkey.
