Katundi i Ri (Novosella)

Municipality Kamenica

Katundi i Ri (Novosella) is in the municipality of Kamenica. An Ottoman register from 1455 documents the settlement under the form Kololoqnik with 13 households. A later register from 1566 documents the settlement under the form Kololeshnik with 30 households and 8 unmarried men.

A historical document from 1766 mentions the settlement. The register from 1893 documents the settlement under the form Kololesh. For 1998–99, the source documents killings by Serbian forces.
