Inatoc, treated in the volume under the historical name Kokaj, is a hill-and-mountain settlement in the Karadak, divided into upper and lower neighbourhoods. Traces of old churches and earlier habitation survive in its territory. State administration and Serbian usage called the settlement Inatofci, a form that links the historical Kokaj entry with the present identity Inatoc.
The name Kokeranc is also mentioned in a document from 1436. By the early 20th century the village included both local Albanian and muhajir families.
On 4–6 April 1999 the population was largely deported to North Macedonia. During the war houses were burned, the mosque was damaged, and the school was destroyed.
