Halabaku

Municipality Podujeva

Halabaku is in the municipality of Podujeva. An Ottoman register from 1878 documents the settlement under the form Halabak. A later register from 1893 documents the settlement under the form Halbak.

For 1998–99, the source documents burning and expulsion. Archaeological traces mentioned in the study include pottery and tile fragments. The source records burning connected with a documented historical conflict.
