Municipality Suhareka

Gurra (Studençani) is in the municipality of Suhareka. A historical document from 1620 mentions the settlement. An Ottoman register from 1893 documents the settlement under the form Istodinçane.

A historical document from 1903 mentions the settlement. For 1998–99, the source documents burning by Serbian/Yugoslav police and burning. Archaeological traces mentioned in the study include older burial grounds. The study records the settlement of 17 families during the colonisation period.
