Driloni i Vogël (Dubova e Vogël) is in the municipality of Istog. A historical document from 1395 mentions the settlement. An Ottoman register from 1485 documents the settlement under the form Dubova.

A later register from 1893 documents the settlement. For 1998–99, the source documents burning and expulsion. The source records burning connected with a documented historical conflict.
