Delloc, treated in the volume as Gurdielli (Delloci), lies about 12 km southeast of Theranda, in two small river valleys. The settlement is mentioned in the memorial book of the Monastery of the Holy Trinity, kept from 1465, while late-19th-century yearbooks preserve the forms Delofçe and Dilofc.
The village has had a mixed population history. Around 1879 both Albanian and Serbian families were recorded. After the Serbian conquest of 1912, some Albanian families were forced to leave for Albania. Later decades also brought migration toward Prizren and other settlements.
Before the 1998–99 war Delloc had about 15 Albanian houses with approximately 240 residents and around 40 Serbian houses. During the war all Albanian houses were burned and destroyed. After the war, houses belonging to the Serbian population were also destroyed, profoundly changing the demographic structure of the settlement.
