Bishtazhini

Municipality Gjakova

Bishtazhini is in the municipality of Gjakova. An Ottoman register from 1574 documents the settlement. A historical document from 1689 mentions the settlement under the form Deva.

A later register from 1893 documents the settlement. Archaeological traces mentioned in the study include older burial grounds and pottery and tile fragments.
