Municipality Istog
Belica is in the municipality of Istog. An Ottoman register from 1485 documents the settlement. A later register from 1582 documents the settlement under the form Belica with 15 households and 2 unmarried men.
A historical document from 1871 mentions the settlement. The register from 1893 documents the settlement under the form Beliça. For 1998–99, the source documents burning. The study records the settlement of 42 families during the colonisation period.
