Babaj Bokës is in the municipality of Gjakova. A historical document from 1330 mentions the settlement under the form Baba. For 1998–99, the source documents burning.
Archaeological traces mentioned in the study include building foundations and pottery and tile fragments. The study records the settlement of 3 families during the colonisation period.
