Arbnori (Rusinofci) is in the municipality of Lipjan. An Ottoman register from 1455 documents the settlement with 20 households. An Ottoman register from 1566 documents the settlement with 11 households and 4 unmarried men.

An Ottoman register from 1893 documents the settlement under the form Resinofc. For 1998–99, the source documents burning by Serbian/Yugoslav police.
