Municipality Klina

Videja is a settlement historically associated with the Klina area. Recorded traces around the settlement include roof tiles, bricks, old burial grounds, bridge remains, evidence of earlier habitation and use of the area.

The settlement appears in written records from 1200, with further references in 1202, 1485. Historical forms of the name recorded in documents include Vidanja. A register from 1485 records 12 households. During the interwar period, around 1931, 51 Serbian or Montenegrin colonist families were settled here.

During the 1998–1999 war, the settlement experienced burning and destruction, the expulsion or displacement of residents.
