Municipality Ferizaj

Varoshi is in the municipality of Ferizaj. An Ottoman register from 1896 documents the settlement under the form Varosh. Archaeological traces mentioned in the study include a necropolis and building foundations.

The source records migration of residents to Turkey. Historical sources also record the settlement under the form Varosh.
