Radevë, now in the municipality of Graçanica, lies about 7 km northwest of historical Lipjan. Between Radevë, Llugë and Dobrajë e Madhe, remains of building material have been found, while an old burial ground of uncertain attribution was uncovered near the tower of Ilaz Ademi.
A Deçan charter from 1330 mentions the settlement as Radievo. Fifteenth-century registers preserve several related forms, including Radonova in 1485; the volume notes that some identifications in other registers remain uncertain. The name Radeva appears in late-19th-century yearbooks.
After the expulsions from the Sanjak of Niš in 1877–78, Albanian muhajir families settled here, many later emigrating to Turkey in 1912–13. Six colonist families were settled during the interwar period. By the early 2000s the village had a mainly Serbian population; the present identity Radevë belongs to the municipality of Graçanica.
