Pleqnori (Kijeva) is in the municipality of Malisheva. A historical document from 1314 mentions the settlement. An Ottoman register from 1455 documents the settlement with 17 households and 5 unmarried men.

A historical document from 1761 mentions the settlement. A later register from 1893 documents the settlement under the form Kjevë. Archaeological traces mentioned in the study include building foundations. The study records the settlement of 9 families during the colonisation period. The source records burning connected with a documented historical conflict.
