Nagllavë lies about 7-8 km from Klina. It has a compact settlement pattern. The terrain is hilly. The area preserves traces of an older settlement and early local heritage.
Traces or local memory of older church sites are preserved in the village area. The settlement appears in written records from 1485, with further references in 1689, 1760. A register from 1485 records 23 households. The 20th century also brought emigration of residents to the United States and Croatia.
During the 1998–1999 war, the settlement experienced burning and destruction, the expulsion or displacement of residents.
