Mirosala

Municipality Ferizaj

Mirosala is in the municipality of Ferizaj. An Ottoman register from 1455 documents the settlement with 73 households and 6 unmarried men. A later register from 1566 documents the settlement.

The register from 1893 documents the settlement under the form Mirosalë. For 1998–99, the source documents burning by Serbian forces. Archaeological traces mentioned in the study include older burial grounds. The study records the settlement of 16 families during the colonisation period. The source records migration of residents to Turkey.
