Manastiri (Sllovia) is in the municipality of Lipjan. A historical document from 1331 mentions the settlement. A historical document from 1389 mentions the settlement.

An Ottoman register from 1498 documents the settlement under the form Sllovina. A later register from 1893 documents the settlement. Archaeological traces mentioned in the study include older burial grounds. The source records migration of residents to Turkey.
