Llashkadreni (Llashkadrenoci) is in the municipality of Malisheva. An Ottoman register from 1455 documents the settlement under the form Drenoci with 6 households. A later register from 1566 documents the settlement under the form Drenofc with 23 households and 7 unmarried men.

The register from 1893 documents the settlement under the form Lashkadrenofc. Archaeological traces mentioned in the study include older burial grounds. The source records migration of residents to Turkey.
