Municipality Kacanik

Lirishta (Dubrava) is in the municipality of Kacanik. An Ottoman register from 1452 documents the settlement with 40 households. A later register from 1893 documents the settlement under the form Dobrova.

For 1998–99, the source documents expulsion. The source records burning connected with a documented historical conflict. The source records migration of residents to Turkey. Historical sources also record the settlement under the form Gemanius Mercator.
