Leletiq, treated in the volume as Rrezja (Leletiqi), lies about 14 km west of Lipjan, at the foot of Blinaja. At Kodra e Danit and Lugu i Grahotit there are traces of an earlier settlement site. Local tradition remembers that the village was abandoned twice because of plague and later repopulated.
Kosovo Vilayet yearbooks from 1893, 1896 and 1900 record the name Lalanik. During the Second World War the village was renamed Rreze. Albanian muhajirs also settled here after the expulsions from the Sanjak of Niš.
In 1999 Leletiq had around 60 houses and approximately 430 Albanian residents. During Serbian attacks in September 1998 and May 1999 almost all houses and auxiliary buildings were burned; only three houses escaped. One fighter and one woman were killed, while the population was displaced into the mountains, Macedonia and elsewhere.
