Municipality Malisheva

Labia (Llapçeva) is in the municipality of Malisheva. A historical document from 1282 mentions the settlement under the form Labikjevo. An Ottoman register from 1530 documents the settlement under the form Llabu with 15 households and 2 unmarried men.

For 1998–99, the source documents expulsion. Archaeological traces mentioned in the study include pottery and tile fragments. Historical sources also record the settlement under the form Llabiqeva.
