Konjuh, treated in the volume as Drithniku (Konjuhi), lies about 2 km northeast of Lipjan and is a compact lowland settlement. At Breg, north of the village, bricks, roof tiles and a millstone have been found; older walls also appear in the terrain, pointing to earlier phases of habitation.
The settlement appears in medieval documentation and in late-19th-century yearbooks under the name Konjuh. After the expulsion of Albanians from the Sanjak of Niš in 1877–78, around 30 muhajir households settled here. After 1912 and during the interwar period, substantial migration toward Turkey followed.
In 1999 the village had 108 Albanian houses and eight Serbian houses, with around 1,100 residents. During Serbian attacks, 45 Albanian houses were partly or completely burned.
