Flokati (Lutogllava) is in the municipality of Prizren. An historical document from 1348 documents the settlement under the form Katun Flokofci. An Ottoman register from 1485 documents the settlement.
A later register from 1530 documents the settlement under the form Lutogllava with 12 households and 2 unmarried men. The register from 1893 documents the settlement. For 1998–99, the source documents killings by Serbian/Yugoslav police. The study records the settlement of 48 families during the colonisation period.
