Dush i Vogël lies about 14 km south of Klina in the Llapusha region. It is a compact hilly settlement. Old burial grounds and traces of church sites are preserved near the waterfall and toward the area of Sfërka.
The name Dush i Vogël distinguishes it from the other Dush east of Klina. In 1919 the village was burned twice by Serbian authorities, once during fighting connected with Azem Bejta and again in the autumn. The early 20th century also brought emigration of families toward Turkey and Albania.
Before the 1998–1999 war, the settlement had 47 households with 281 Albanian residents. During the war, 50 buildings were burned or destroyed and two residents fell as KLA fighters. The population left on 3 September 1998, returned after several days and was forced to leave again on 14 September.
