Drinori (Dollova) lies about 11-12 km south of Klina. Its setting combines lowland and hilly terrain. Recorded traces around the settlement include bricks, old burial grounds, bridge remains, evidence of earlier habitation and use of the area.
The settlement appears in written records from 1485, with further references in 1893, 1896. Historical forms of the name recorded in documents include Dollovo. A register from 1485 records 25 households. The 20th century also brought emigration of residents to Turkey and Albania.
During the interwar period, 13 Serbian or Montenegrin colonist families were settled here. During the 1998–1999 war, the settlement experienced burning and destruction, the expulsion or displacement of residents.
