Draganca

Municipality Gjilan

Draganca is in the municipality of Gjilan. A historical document from 1381 mentions the settlement. An Ottoman register from 1498 documents the settlement.

A later register from 1566 documents the settlement. The register from 1893 documents the settlement under the form Debregançe. Archaeological traces mentioned in the study include building foundations. Historical sources also record the settlement under the form Dragovac. The register documents the settlement.
