Dobratin, now in the municipality of Graçanica, is treated in the historical Lipjan volume as a settlement about 5–6 km east of Lipjan. Its territory preserves important evidence from antiquity: material remains were found here, including a stone urn containing thousands of Roman-period copper coins and two bronze lamps.
The settlement appears in 14th-century documents, including a charter from 1331 and later records associated with Countess Milica and Vuk Branković. A register from 1455 records 72 households, while an Austrian map based on information from 1689 preserves the settlement name.
The volume also records an earlier Albanian presence in the area, followed by migration. Field data collected in 1999–2002 recorded 1,062 Serbian residents.
