Dobrajë e Vogël, treated in the volume as Fushëmira (Dobraja e Vogël), lies about 8–9 km west of Lipjan and is a compact lowland settlement. The modern village developed in the 19th century through families arriving from Dobrajë e Madhe. Bricks, roof tiles, tools and clay and metal vessels have been found in the area.
During the Ottoman period Circassian families were also settled here, and documents used names including Emhije and Çerkezkoj. Yearbooks from 1893, 1896 and 1900 record the form Emhije. After 1913 the Circassian families migrated to Turkey; in 1921 a colonist family from Montenegro was also settled here.
In 1999 the settlement had 21 Albanian houses with 147 residents, along with around 30 Roma and Ashkali households.
