Divlakë, treated in the volume as Dyflaka (Divjaka), lies on the slopes of Carraleva about 30 km west of Lipjan. At Lugu i Zabelit, vessels, working tools and other material have been found, while old burial grounds survive at Zabeli i Madh. The place-names Rogat e Kishës and Livadhi i Kishës preserve the memory of an earlier religious site.
Kosovo Vilayet yearbooks from 1893, 1896 and 1900 record the settlement under the forms Dyulak and Divlak. Because of economic conditions, part of the population moved during the 20th century toward Lipjan, Komaran, Prishtina and other centres.
In 1998 the village had 15 houses and around 100 Albanian residents. During the war, the KLA General Staff operated in the settlement and a KLA hospital functioned there.
