Çikatova

Municipality Drenas

Çikatova is in the municipality of Drenas. A historical document from 1314 mentions the settlement. An Ottoman register from 1455 documents the settlement under the form Çikatova with 20 households.

A later register from 1893 documents the settlement under the form Çikatovë. For 1998–99, the source documents burning. Archaeological traces mentioned in the study include older burial grounds.
